Everything went smoothly. Closed quickly. No problems or issues.
The only negative to the whole process was being notified the day before the signing/closing that I would have to come up with $876 at the signing! I never fully understood why.The Loan Disclosure Statement showed that I'd be getting $198 a few days after the signing...that had all changed. I kept getting told that it had to do with a deficit in my escrow account. I still don't know how that could be, because I was never late on any payment, and PennyMac had set the escrow payment amount.
The refinance went very smoothannd the expertise of the mortgage team I am very happy with my refinance with PennyMac. The mortgage team was very helpful, and courteous. I would recommend PennyMac for your mortgage needs. Thank you very much.
Easy experience. They communicated with me often, just to keep me updated. It was easy to call and get assistance and questions answered.
Barbara was sweet but throughout the process though there was an absolute lack of communication from PennyMac over the 3 months we tried to close on a refinance. Lack of communication, miscommunication, bad information all made this process really difficult and I would not use PennyMac again!
In the end, we are happy with the loan we received from PennyMac. The application and closing process, however, took longer than expected, and our point of contact changed multiple times throughout the process leading to multiple miscommunications and mistakes. All issues were resolved in a timely, professional manner however.
Everyone at PennyMac exceeded my expectation. I was so stressed and felt like I was going into a nervous breakdown that Community CDD increased so much therefore my escrows were short of funds and my payment increased so much. But everyone that I contacted were so amazing. Gregg you and your team are amazing!! Thank you so much.
My wife and I are very satisfied with the refinance process. Everything went according to plan and all the questions were answered quickly.
