All my answers of flawless customer service is exclusive to Brandon Schneider. Up until we started working with him, our experience wasn't so pleasant. We felt pretty much ignored for two months until Brandon took over and walked us through step by step and called with frequent checkups weekly. He is pretty much the reason we continued with our loan process with penny mac. He was very clear as to where we stood in the loan process. A big thank you is well deserved for Brandon, so please do.

When I applied for the loan it was because I was going to go with another company. I was told that you would match my other offer with was 22.25% and would close is September with no payments for October and November. However when the guy came to close on the 28 of September, he asked if Margaret was here to sin. I said no she died 2 and 1/2 years ago and that she was not on the last loan that I had done in January that I gave them a death certificate. I have left messages to have Ken call me
Everything was fast and accurate. PennyMac actually answered the phone with a real person on the first try.
On the PennyMac side, people weren't necessarily communicating with each other. We were all set to have the notary come over to sign the final papers. 2 days before, a new rep reached out saying we needed additional paperwork, so we sent the it that day and Pennymac canceled the notary. Days later we hadn't heard anything so we reached back out to the new guy but then our original rep called and didn't know what had transpired. Both reps were perfectly nice, but there were a few crossed wires.

I was hesitant to begin the refinancing process for fear of time frame and the amount of documentation it would require. However, the process was expeditious minus some clarification regarding a “surprise” closing cost. Even that was remedied in less than 24 hours. Drew and the team handled everything very well.
