Tsia was very helpful. We had a problem with the closing agent and she handled the situation immediately getting a second closing agent so that we could close the same day.

I am very happy the Penny Mac Team handled my loan. They were very professional from the start till closing. I have dealt with other loan company also to see which has the best offer and several times the loan estimate was revised even the lockup rate change and the money i have to bing the table.
