The process from completing the application to signing the closing docs took almost FIVE months. In total, I dealt with six different people who handled my file. Estimated closing dates kept getting pushed back and no could explain the the reason for the delay. First set on closing docs were wrong so they had to go back to correct it which delayed the process another month. I had to escalate my file to the loan processor's manager & title company. The whole process was amateur at best.

I emailed and called and never received anything but an automated response. I understand everyone is busy...but don't give me someone to contact if it's not someone who will contact me. I am just a number to you - I get it. But to make me feel that way isn't good. Frustrating is a good word. But in the big scheme of things I don't matter to you. But here's what you're missing. You have what I need but a lot of companies have it at the same rate. So I can go elsewhere. But there's only one me.

Both Juan and Pia were very professional and easy to work with. They made the process very smooth. Closing was completed ahead of schedule. They both did a great job.

The Team & I emailed from day 1. Once the Loan went to closing phone contact was attempted. No email contact. There was a HUGE phone issue between PennyMac and myself. I would hear the call and Hello, then absolutely nothing. They couldn't hear me. I got no voicemail notifications. My loan closing was delayed by 1 week. The closing "event" was totally a cluster and very last minute. The reps were all very nice and helpful. The details were very bad. All people were the best!
