Gina overall did a good job. She explained and responded to queries. Wish query responses were say tiny bit sooner but it could be reflective of load on the system. This is the pennymac's issue than Gina's problem because of too much load. Will do business with her again as she was polite, took time to work with me and answered my queries. Pennymac as a co should add more resources to make over all duration taken a bit shorter. Overall whole process could have been about 7 to 14 days shorte

TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM LOAN OFFICER TATE MACKRELL REGARDING REQUESTED AMENDMENT TO URLA DOCUMENT. LET HIM AND HIS MANAGER MARC HENRY SEVERAL PHONE AND EMAIL MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. IT WAS NOT UNTIL I FOUND OUT WHO OFFICE MGR WAS AND EMAILED RICH FERRE FOR ASSISTANT REGARDING MY UNANSWERED INQUIRY DID I FINALLY RECEIVE A CALL FROM TATE MACKRELL.
