Closing Document did not match that I paid title company. Loan processor failed to communicate that lower appraisal canceled our "no cash" refi. At last minute, I figured out we owed $15K, with me having to call about it. Asking for same documents multiple times. Time-frame took way too long.
Your phone service sucks. I tryed 6 times to get ahold of my loan officer when the loan was completed to ask a question. I was told to enter my SS number which i did, pennymac could not confirm that number put me on hold then gave me a answering machine that never called back. Very poor service.
Very professional, great communication from everyone involved. Could not be more satisfied!
Glenn M was terrible to work with. The communication was terrible and the refinance process dragged on for almost four months when it shouldnt have taken more than two. Thankfully Exavier stepped in to get things moving or I would most likely still be sitting and waiting to hear they need more documents for some new unneeded reason.
