Closing was a breeze. It was done at my home so I did not have to go anywhere.
Lack of communication. It took 3 months to close. More than double what we were originally told. Too many unnecessary emails. Had to send the documents Multiple times. The whole process was drug out and it became a pain in the ass. We never had any Issues with pennymac in the past. The person who we originally started the loan with, Angel Potts was wonderful and very helpful, but things went wrong when she passed us onto Lauren Aslin.
The team who were working for the processing of my application did a great job. They made everything easy for me from the start to finish. They were always providing weekly updates regarding the status of my application. I had a great experience with PennyMac, and I’m so grateful for all of their support.
