PennyMac staff provided answered all of my questions and provided guidance since the first day I called and asked about refinance. The last phone call from the staff was received the night before closing. I am happy with their services and I did recommended PennyMac to a friend.

The process was the smoothest closing we’ve had. Considering Penny MAC was the pre existing mortgage holder it’s sort of a money grab to have to pay all the title costs & searches,fees,etc on a loan & house just over a year old. That said all the people we dealt with & costs compared with others (Intuit) were 2-3000 less overall,as well as a rate that was a few 10th’s lower.

PennyMacisvey lucky to have Tameka Wyatt as an employee. She cares about customers, timely addresses concerns & communicates effectively. Underwriting & closing employees need to pay attention to the file at hand.They asked for documents which were already inmy file(had they looked)multiple times which delayed my closing & ultimately cost me money.Terea Henry experienced how documents were requested from these departments which were already in my fileor were inaccurate MyCD wrong & I found it
