Sharyl Freeby was very considerate and a professional. The loan process and underwriting was a nightmare. Clearly the left hand is not working with the right hand. I received a email from the president at 1am. The email was truly a computer generated email.
My experience with refi with PennyMac was great. We have been with PennyMac for several years. They made the refi very easy and convenient. Jake and Tim were outstanding and very professional. Hurricaine Laura caused our closing to be re-scheduled a couple of times, Tim kept us informed and worked hard to find closing agent to come into our area. Thank you again
