Closing in a timely manner, or even in the time frame I was given. It took 3.5 months to close and three weeks beyond the date I was given (and I wasn’t even given a date until well after my application was submitted). My emails were never answered. My closing date was so far out that I was asked to provide paystubs that didn’t even exist yet. My home owners insurance was not added to any of my paperwork and when I noticed it it caused my monthly payment to increase over $200.

Lauren was a huge help! She always called back or had someone contact me if she didn’t know the answer to a question. She was kind, professional and as timely as she could be! I appreciated her so much during the loan process.

I asked that the escrow be refunded to me. Upon final review before the notary I was told that it was not to be refunded and if I did get it refunded I would have to bring the same amount to closing. This effectively increased my loan be over $4k. If I had not been so far into the process I would have canceled.
