Dave and Jennifer were able to walk me through the process which made me feel like I was in good hands. They were able to overcome the limitations of their internal infrastructure and poorly designed software systems. Small glitches, but without Jennifer and Dave, the experience may not have been so great. Thanks!

PennyMac was very competitive with their rate and my previous mortgage was through them. This gave me a sense of familiarity with them. They called me often to keep me up to date with anything they needed or where they were at in the process and I was never guessing throughout the whole process. They also keep loans in house!
