I waited to re- fi with pennymac because i trust them - my house means everything to me and i didn't want to take a chance at losing it to save a buck!
The loan structuring and responsiveness of representatives made buying a home less stressful.
Daniel was a big help! He kept me in the loop throughout the process. I did not have to produce much in the way of documentation since PennyMac was already my Mortgage service company. It was easy and fast.

Payment after refi did not match what Barbara told me it would be. That was the only disappointing part. She was great , polite, and informative.
