I have two last names and requested since beginning not to include my second last name., well, thing were done the opposite as what i asked for. Then, during closing date my fiancé had the wrong last name on document assuming, I guess someone assumed that we re married and she had my last name. Notary had to go back and we had to wait for docs to be corrected. second time, notary cancel the last 10 minutes. the third time we were finally able to sign docs.
