I would have liked to know about the required credit card payoffs with a little more time. I was given less than a weeks notice that another $6,000 was needed at closing.

Second mortgage with PennyMac. Great customer service! Loan officers respond within 24 hours and even though I felt like I had no clue what I was doing, Rosario was there to answer any questions my wife and I had.
