From beginning to end, my loan processing team were like a friend giving me financial advise. The response time was excellent. Mrs Taylor and Mr Ligon are very valuable assets to this company and their customers. I would definitely have them take care of my business anytime.
All representatives involved in the process were knowledgeable, pleasant, and prompt. They made our ability to refinance easy and stress free. The professionalism throughout the entire experience was appreciated.
The entire endeavor was messed up and needlessly complicated. The title company did not communicate with my HELOC lender and set us back months. I was forced to constantly chase down both pennymac representatives. My emails and phone calls went unanswered. Twice Regina said she had an emergency, which if true should have been moved to another representative. Many times I was in the verge of changing providers. I will not willingly use Pennymac again.
