Working with PennyMac Loan Services was excellent. From submitting our application through Bruce, to the loan process and working with Nancy. They answered all of our questions and helped us through the our loan by keeping us updated weekly. From our application to our closing everything went smoothly and it took 7weeks.

This process took months. We were asked the same question week after week and Ammie Mac did not give us a straight answer. The communication was not good. We kept trying and sending what she requested and then they would come back a week later with the same question. It was very frustrating. It was a waste of time.

The closing should have been done sooner. It took more than 3 months to close a loan that should have been done within a month.

I was informed that when my case was assigned to Beth, she would contact me. When I received her initial email, I had questions on what was requested and emailed her back and tried to call. I was not connected to her and the person I spoke with told me that they left a message for her to call me. this happened twice and no call back. She did start calling my husband's line but he wasn't available. I needed to be the one contacted. Frustrating.

To start out with the re-fi loan process we worked with Tristan Summers. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful during the initial process. He introduced us to Carlton Blood who took over our loan. Carlton, as part of MyMacTeam, was with us for the remainder of the process. He kept us informed during all of the steps in the process and sent a congratulatory email when the loan was funded. The entire process went very smooth even though it took longer than expected due to the virus .

Knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Closed sooner than expected. Requested person that closed loan to wear mask, she did in addition to wearing gloves. On time very personable.
