I was very nervous about refinancing my home online. This process can be intimidating, wondering whether refinancing is the right thing to do for your family at this time. I was concerned about discussing all of my personal information with people I could not see. But, everything went well in with all aspects of the refinancing process. It was the right decision for me, and PennyMac made it easy.

Tony was great throughout the process. The initial expectations provided by the Loan Officer suggested the loan could close by early June, but this ended up being unrealistic. Tony did his best to keep us apprised of the progress and was prompt in responding to any of our questions or concerns.

Greg is concise, clear, and communicative. His responses are prompt, I knew exactly what was needed from me, and was never confused. I felt like any questions I had were answered. I have another loan in process, the previous Home Loan Specialist overlooked documents frequently. I think the Loan Officer Christina asked Greg take over since I have more than one loan in process. Since then, things are swimmingly easy and straightforward.
