Worked with Pennymac before and when refinancing I decided I would only do it with Pennymac again. Great experience and costumer service
Maybe you shouldn't let people fill out this survey in the time of COVID.. These are unprecedented times.. I understand that resources are stretched thin but we closed days after the rate lock expired. And eventhough PennyMac covered the cost of extending the rate lock, there was little to no communication to me during the final two weeks of the process. So while I understand the issues, please put an asterisk on my survey saying that this refi was conducted during the time of COVID.

Easiest process and We are first time home owners. Pennymac is the absolute greatest to work with.
The refinance process started with a relatively brief phone interview and information collection; proceeded with frequent, brief status updates by phone; and ended with a surprisingly brief closing at a backyard table. Never had to leave home for any of it!
I did a Refi with PennyMac. From the first call to the signing of all paperwork, all went well. No issues no hassles. The Loan team kept in contact throughout to ensure all was going well or if available info was needed. They were very friendly and courteous throughout. Thank you for the great service.
