it took to long to do this process, and ask for things that had nothing to do with me or my loan. ask for personal documents on someone not involved with this loan at all. mistakes on request asking for info on wrong person. past 3 years was good experience with them but this refinance, i wish i had gone with my bank instead, and rate would have \been cheaper. i though refinancing with current place would be easier. no was very frustrating

- took days to get a response on how to Validate a lean was not ours but was asked several times while waiting for that information to proceed - the notary did not scheduled the first time and we were made aware the day of -I was asked to take this survey, but Max was u sure if I would get it by mail or email. -I was advised I owed at signing but it was actually a refund. -I didn’t appreciate being referred to as young lady -I was told I was difficult to get a hold of
