I felt like the go between of PennyMac my realtor the title company and my insurance provider. There were phone calls made to tell me they had Not heard back from the title company or the insurance company. I’ve never had to do so much work on behalf of the mortgage company. My initial application was great but once it was time to process the loan and get the closing in order all I did was send emails and make phone calls on behalf of Pennymac and I did not appreciate that.
