Could not get a hold of anyone for days before closing when I needed payment instructions to ensure funds were sent by closing.

I have purchased and refinanced homes many times. PennyMac is by far the worst experience when it comes to home loans. The customer service is non existent. When you call a manager, there is no one available to address your concerns or even to return your call. I had to tell my processing specialist what he needed to do. I felt like he had no knowledge or experience of the loan process or customer service. Please review our calls and emails. So unprofessional and unbelievable. Glad it's over.
