When I finally got through. I had a very good and informative interaction with Ben when I first contacted PennyMac He took the time to tell me several choices or refinance. He listened to me and gave me the options that fit my situation best. I was so comfortable with the information that I went from shopping to going forward with the refinance. Ben also was able to tell me all the steps going forward. Then I was passed on to the next people and they were all helpful and very precise.

Everyone I communicated with were very pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had. The estimation I received in the beginning was pretty close when it came time to pay cash to close. I would use them again in the future if I was to buy another house.
