The rate was locked for 2 mo & we were told we'd close prior to that date. They missed that date by 3 wks. The lock exp on the 8th. They sent the estimated closing disclosures on the 11th, saying we'd close the 16th, but didn't adjust it for the payment that was made on the 10th. Then we were notified by the notary 15 min before the appt that escrow didn't have the subordination & we couldn't close. I had to ask for the revised disclosures the night before final close on the 25th.

Jordan has been great but the entire process of my loan has had ssues my closing was messed up several times and now my bill is still messed up; Jordan is working at this moment to fix the issue.
