Every person that I interacted with during my refinance was very polite and answered all of my questions thoroughly. PennyMac went above my expectations during my experience with them.
When I first tried calling PennyMac it took 30 to 45 min to get through but this was because so many people were also trying to either refinance or other issues due to COVID19, but when I called the next morning the process was smooth and I felt that each person was holding my hand through the processs. PennyMac reassured me this would get done and it did. Special thanks to My'Esha great work.
MyEsha has terrible communication skills as I had emailed her countless times regarding emails I had received and wanted to ensure I did not leave anything out. The original person who took the time and broke down the numbers for me was magnificent and another female who I spoke to besides My"esha was terrific as well and had alot of patience. Overall, I am happy with my refinance.
Working with PennyMac was a great experience from start to finish.
Nathan was very informative, pleasant to work with, responded to questions quickly, and was personable. He assisted in guiding me on the information I requested and questions I asked. I have already referred pennymac to a couple friends and one family member for refinancing.
The sales team was great in helping me decide to go ahead and refinance once it was handed over to Mr Winkler and his staff everything seemed to go pretty smooth and everything was as expected great job
My loan officer was very cooperative and kept me up to date on how everything was going!
