We were very satisfied with our experience at Penny Mac
Pennymac did not communicate very often. When they did, they said everything was on track. Pennymac did not indicate there were issues until a week after the loan was supposed to close. I felt there was a disconnect through the entire process.
Process needs to be reviewed.

I submitted several copies of the same documents and kept receiving requests for those documents. Underwriter and closing was just an awful experience, I'm sure there is an entire write up of that.
The beginning process went very well, until closing when documents didn’t match up with what was agreed and virtual signed for and 3 days later I still haven’t heard from anyone.
