My closing date was rescheduled to the following week as a result of the loan cost readjustment which resulted in a lower monthly payment. PennyMac was fast in obtaining another signing agent when the original one wan not available.

We never really felt lost through the process. My husband was at work for 4 weeks during the process, and Robert made sure that I was able to handle the process in his absence. Once my husband returned from work, he was able to handle the closure. These are difficult times; thanks for making this easier!

No communication. Impossible to get in contact. Rude, uncaring and unhelpful loan processor. I didn’t receive some of the documents that were required to be sent to me. The list goes on...

The closing process slowed way down towards the end and the communication was hit and miss. I realized covid probably had something to do with the slowdown however documents that were requested at the last minute should have been requested weeks in advance.
