Interest rates had dropped so I am sure they were busy. The loan process was a little long but expected because of amount of traffic. Only real complaint was not knowing closing cost until the night before closing.

Emails weren’t answer. I had to make multiple phone calls to get answers and no one was able to help right away. I let them know that my emails weren’t being answer and still continued to be ignored. Loan took way longer to close then I was told.
