First of all, Blen was fantastic. My experiences was just Okay because of my initial experience with Christian Silva. My home appraisal was not correctly entered into the system and it took 3 phone calls and 2 emails over the course of 3 weeks just to get his attention and respond to the issue. Blen actually helped with getting this corrected. That misentry of the data was enough for this to be an awful experience. Thankfully, Blen picked up the pieces and got it across the goal.
This is my second loan with PennyMac. Every aspect of the process was smooth and well explained.

Great from start to end. Made the whole process smooth for me with no pressure or rushing things.
Process was easy, but we did not always understand the emails or requests sent to us. Communication could have been better but given the circumstances of covid it went well
Closing faster, not calling 1 hour prior to the notary arriving changing the closing costs.
