Everything was seamless, and they were able to have a notary sent out to my property address in order to sign the closing documents. Overall, the process had taken about 3 weeks or so, so very fast service!

It may be a result of the pandemic and the work from home policies, but before Nathan was assigned we had GREAT difficulrty reaching anyone. Even your call center could not reach anyone from the office we were working with spent over 4 hours on two occasions trying to get updates. Nathan was a welcome change. He did stay in touch and things moved smoothly once he was on the case.

Considering the amount of refinancing overall that was going on during my refinance because of interest rates being cut, Maranda did a great job in answering my questions and responding. My closing was ahead of the original estimated date by two weeks and that made me very pleased. I love PennyMac and will hopefully be with them through the entire life of the loan.
