There was mid communication from my loan service person. She stopped our loan process even though I communicated with her to not do so. Had to have Danial Aroush step in and reinstate the loan.

The Penny Mac people were great but the notary you sent was rude and inconsiderate. The notary was not pleasant to deal with
Tameka was excellent and a joy to work with. She made what I thought would be drudgery very pleasant! I will request her if I was to refi again.
We started with a different company that was dragging their feet. Once we moved to you, it was fast and simple. Thanks a bunch.
Multiple requests for documents by different people and uploaded to two different loan management systems made the process insanely frustrating. We had very little insight into where we were in the process at all times and when we would close (1 month later than plan) The interaction with Mariely was some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. No apology for her poor service, no acknowledgement of our concerns, just a bunch of excuses and defensive remarks. Araceli was awesome!
