Surveys during the pandemic may not be best only because the pandemic in my opinion impeded the timeliness of the process. I say this based on prior experience with pennymac, where the process was much more expeditious and the communication was at least once a week. It's no fault of the agent and I felt it unfair to rate during this time. I felt that the agent did their best under the circumstances.
Over all it was a great experience. Promped on getting documents to me, communication was awesome, and closing attorney was a great guy as well. Mrs Sera Olson was on point at all times kept me informed about everything.

My experience with PennyMac staff was nothing less than outstanding. They were always available to answer any questions I had and replied to my emails in a timely manner.
accurate information for closing dates, our closing scheduler was not on the ball. He didnt schedule our closing properly and we were left waiting around with no information. The few times we called back we got different info that was not accurate and had to read out to our loan officer for assistance. not impressed with the experience.

The title on my home was held a little different than your standard home loan. I purchased the property as a single man, but I had gotten married since then. I wanted the new title listed as a married man as his sole and separate property considering this is a second property for which she has never owned or lived. This created a number of problem.
