Easy process. Quick turnaround within one month from start to finish.
The process from start to finish took a looooooong time. I never knew who the primary point of contact was supposed to be. I didn’t feel that the process was explained well and had no idea what to expect next. There were several times that I received emails with “required documents” but was told to ignore them so that confused me further. Once all the documents were finally prepared no one explained to me what it was that I was signing. I was just expected to sign a stack of pages.

My loan officer did not communicate effectively at all. He gave me wrong information about the rate, then tried to charge more than 3000 for locking the rate without my approval. I called him several times and only once towards the end he returned my call, but never called back. Closing process was very confusing and rather chaotic. Faiza did a decent job trying to get me answers from her superiors.
