Did a refinance and the process from start to finish was seamless!
Thank you for refinancing our house,
There was a big issue right before closing and there was zero communication. In fact, we closed our loan and still have never received a call with an explanation/solution. It all ended well, but the complete lack of communication and clerical errors caused tons of unnecessary stress and uncertainty on our part.
