Everything went smoothly but I would have liked a final copy of the closing doc before the closing date. I wasn't sure that all the changes we made to the rate would be reflected until I saw them on the docs at closing. Other than that and the delays (likely caused by COVID and not as a result of Pennymac), everything was great and I feel I accomplished what I set out to do.

The Pennymac folks I worked with were WONDERFUL! The closer, who I understand not to be a Pennymac person, however, was a bit more challenging. When I wanted to review a document, I felt pushed through it without adequate time to review and verify the information. It was also not uncommon for the signature page to be on top and I was expected to sign, and the closer seemed frustrated that I wanted to review the pages beneath, which were part of the document. I didn't love that.
