Loan process was extremely easy and the team I had did great. Only 1 question was answered incorrectly. I asked if the negative balance was money that I would receive and I got a call back saying that it was not but it was. Not a big deal at all,very satisfied with the team.

Penny Mac communicated well and replied to all my questions fairly promptly, my customer service rep was 100% spot on, my loan agent wasn't as quick at replying to my emails or questions.
Calling to speak with my loan office was like trying to break into Fort Knox. I left messages with support staff who assured my I would receive a call back. For 3 weeks I tried to get through to check on rates and never received a call back from Dalia Rodriguez. I was told if the rates drop significantly I could change my rate one time before closing. It’s hard to know what the rate is for the day when I was constantly re-routed when I would call, never allowed to speak with a loan advise
