My PennyMac Team took care of all my needs for my cash out refinance.
In general it was a good experience, but I was asked for the same documents more than 1 time. In addition my preferred mode of communication was not respected. Mr. Lee was good at keeping me informed, but he kept calling instead of sending e-mails. I also trusted the system to submit documents better than emailing them to Mr. Lee, but I was asked to emailing them instead.
Everything was easy and straightforward. Communication was prompt and clear.
Ok, so I have been a Quicken Loans customer for many years and was very satisfied with the service. And happened to call Pennymac after the loan was sold to PM to inquire about a refinance, and within minutes I was done!!! Who needs a rocket when you can use a transporter! Great job team PennyMac. My closing date and time was scheduled and then we received a call 1 hour prior to the scheduled time to cancel.
Working with Penny Mac was a great experience. Both Carmelita and Saviz walked us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. We felt that we were guided through the process very well. They were patient and did not rush us through this. They do their jobs very well and really puts the customer at ease and makes them feel confident and comfortable with their decision.
It was great working with Molly and My M.A.C Team. They are knowledgeable and very courteous. I appreciated how she set the expectations from the beginning and made sure I understood each step of the process. This was by far so easy to refinance my home. Everyone was great when speaking with the reps. It was a pleasant experience. Brittany kept me informed all doing the process. She was GREAT!! Thanks to all who assist
