Loan Officer and Loan Processor were both extremely knowledgeable and assisted us throughout the entire process. All of our questions and concerns were thoroughly and accurately explained. Additionally, I must say that despite the COVID-19 pandemic our home refinance process was a slam dunk. Our interest rate was reduced from 4.3 % to 2.8%. PennyMac is the best.
