Better record/document keeping. Better communication between the first person I to the last person I talked to.
Everything was fine when it came to the title company I was not told to make the check out to the title company but I made it out to you. Now I have to give them a new cashier check. That’s $8.00. Plus what ever it’s going to cost me to reduce it not happy.
All representatives during this process were very friendly, helpful and caring.
