All questions were answered and I had a Couple of crazy ones and Rosario was Awesome with her quick replies
Great experience with refinance, process was quick and painless. Everything was communicated clearly and there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came to close.

Our rep handling the account was curt at times. She wasn’t available when we called several different times. She had trouble articulating exactly what we needed from our Trust to get this handled in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else using PennyMac with this Customer Service rep.
It ws a very easy process and John was clear and quick in his responses and any concerns I had.
