PennyMac was great. There is nothing I would like PennyMac to do inside PennyMac. Let me be very clear that Penny Mac employees were great. I have NO complaints with PennyMac employees. The closing attorney came into my house not fully prepared, dressed unprofessionally, had dirty toes sticking out of the flip flops and coughed repeatedly. He was sick and we were concerned for our health.

There were certain terms that we were originally promised that didn’t get met. However, it was a smooth process and my loan processor would communicate with me promptly whenever I reached out for status.
MAC team was fabulous. Tracy Parker and Mark Mitchell were amazing, they helped along the way.
The entire refinance process was easy and clearly explained. Team members contacted me by phone and email to keep me informed about the progress of my application. Thank you all!
Penny Mac is the way to go!!
Overall I had a great experience with PennyMac. Having my mortgage with PennyMac previously, it is somehow comforting to work with the same lender. I don't believe all the closing costs and expenses were clearly explained but this is not the first re-finance I have done so I know the goal is to get the best rate so paying more for points is what has to be done. I just would have wanted that explained so I could make decisions.
Every time I called I was given different numbers for closing. NO ONE except for the last person I spoke to (I had to request a manger who finally helped me). This was an absolute terrible and painful experience with your company. I want a manager or higher level to call me at 617-293-3562 . You should be ashamed of yourselves for this terrible service.
