I only spoke with Hermes 1 time and that was after I had to call in to check on my loan because I had never received the appraisal. Only then was I told that the 1st man that came to do an appraisal disappeared. So I needed to schedule a 2nd appraisal. Then I figured out that the 2nd guy had called me to schedule 2 weeks before but I was not aware that I needed another, so I told him I already had one done. Then I had to schedule out 2 weeks out longer. Theres a lot more but a 500 max limit....
Easiest loan process ever. Exceeded my expectations and more - no significant issues considering the state of the world. Closing process was easy and exactly what we needed. Thank you!

STOP DEFAULTING SERVICELINK AS THE TITLE CHOICE!!! THIS HAS CAUSES US SO MUCH HASSLE AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE WILL NO LONGER USE PENNYMAC TO REFI IN THE FUTURE.

Kuono did a great job explaining the process. There was an issue with the closing Docs but over all the process was great.
I was promised very different figures as to what kept appearing on my loan estimate. My questions were never clearly answered/explained. Below PAR experience. Will not be recommended pennymac to friends&family.
