Expectations of the appraisal were not properly set. They communicated it was ordered shortly after we locked in rate. However we waited until the 11th hour nearly a month later for the report which created numerous unknowns and lot of anxiety try to schedule closing and our move. Even after documents requested were sent reminders were still generated.

We received inaccurate information regarding the appraisal and the closing documents were sent to our attorney one hour before close. They were not complete when received by our attorney. It took multiple calls and e-mails over a three week period and escalations to management to get this loan completed.
