Even though this was our first experience with a refinance it was by far the most Pleasant and assuring that we could have imagined. Carl Wren was very efficient as well as Regina. We will definitely be going through PennyMac again for future endeavors

I was suppose to sign one day and they hand t updated my payoff even though I had reached out to her. I had to reschedule last minute which made it difficult with mine and my husbands work schedule.

The process to refinance my mortgage was easy and straight forward. It took a little longer than I had initially expected, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic that came around shortly after starting the refinance process, I feel they handled it as timely as they could have. I feel I was in great hands through the whole process!

The final cost to close was not accurate. I was told 3 different amounts and none of them matched. It took calling and emailing several people, several different times before it was cleared up. The closing document on esign was not correct so I would not sign it. Because of lack of communication, and not having the correct cost to close, I emailed the notary and canceled so their time wouldn't be wasted.
