It seemed like there was not good communication between the loan officers and underwriting, which became frustrating as the same documents were requested multiple times. Also, the credit score that was reported to Radian was not accurate, and will result in a higher mortgage payment for the next two years. Am still working to correct this.
I was not informed that rates were lowered during the process of my renewal.
