I had several questions about the numbers on the disclosure. I was able to see it in the bottom line but there was never a complete accounting of where my old Escrow was applied to the new loan.

Communication was terrible. It was hard to get a response from anyone on the pennymac team. I had to pursue corrections on my closing documents several times. No one would call or email me back. Every time I called in I talked to a new person who gave me different answers. One of the people I talked to was just plain rude. It was a very unpleasant experience over all. Had I the opportunity to do it all again, I would have gone with a competitor.
