Great customer service. The PennyMac team kept me in the loop throughout the process which was greatly appreciated.
Everything was a great and rolling until the Covid19 pandemic. It added almost a whole month onto the loan process.i formation took,inter to communicate between everyone. But it all finally come to a end and we closed! As long as America bounces back from this crisis everything will be ok! If it wasn’t for Covid19 the loan process would have taken less time.all in all I pretty satisfied with it.
The PennyMac Team was looking out for me and my family from start to end. I will be a lifelong customer. Highly recommend their services.
