Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff through the whole process
While going thru the loan application it was not clear to me that there would be two people to work on my loan,some one taking the application and a loan processor. So when I had questions l had a hard time reaching the person who took the application he never said l could speak to the loan processor. I was supposed to have two months before making my first payment and in my closing on the 13'th my paperwork only gives me one month delay because l had already sent in a payment in the confusion
two different agents saying different things one not knowing about the loan tried calling but couldn't get that person on the phone and their secretary said that she will answer my problem didn't get a call back until end of loan and then still wrong information so she had to contact original person who I talked with in the beginning and then he called me back with the correct answer.
Everything went very smoothly on the PennyMac side. Lana was very easy to work with safely during the pandemic restrictions.

From the start every time I called I got a different person then had to explain myself over and over. Also not enough money was sent to close the loan. Leaving my wife,daughter ,2 dogs,and myself homeless for a night with nowhere to go. Nothing was done by penny mac to make up for this huge error.. I will NEVER do business with you again. Any questions call me at 5412823534. I don't have enough time to keep writing how disappointed I am over this process..
