It was smooth from the beginning to closing. Thankful for my loan officer.
We had trouble what U wanted regarding the Termite inspection. Information wasn’t clear. It took multiple calls from us 2 C what U needed. No 1 explained how we were 2 receive the money until the last minute after we inquired.
Communication was a bit rough as I was unable to call my agent directly and he could not call me. I believe this was a technical issue that was out of our hands but it was very frustrating. Other than that the process was smooth.
Maybe due to covid-19, it was harder for the team to communicate with each other. My prior experience was great but due to todays circumstances, experience was not as good.
