Ricardo and Tahirah were awesome! The initial process was the easiest mortgage application I’ve ever been through. All questions were answered promptly and the process went extremely smoothly especially in light of the challenging time we’re all facing. PennyMac is great!

The process was very easy and we received communications with every step of the process. Any questions I had, my emails were answered or phone calls were returned, if somebody wasn’t available at the time I called. The ONLY glitch was my last call, the gentleman who answered my questions provided incorrect info regarding the amount of money we’d receive at closing, which I didn’t think sounded right (based on previous conversations). Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!
