PennyMac worked very hard with us to reach the goals we where trying to accomplish and they Did!! All my questions where answered throughout the process. Process took longer than we anticipated seeing how we where already PennyMac customers. But at the end it was everything we wanted! Thank You! PennyMac!

The process move with ease until I was given a closing date. The attorney did not show or call. Nor did a representative from Pennymac call. And to further the lack luster service the loan processor did not yame full responsibility for the snafu.
Tracy and the Support Team did an outstanding job. I could could not get Michael, the Loan Officer, to return my phone call when I requested or one of their team members sent him a message to call me. Finally he did respond on an email and I greatly appreciated his help with getting our interest rate lowered than what was previously quoted.
My loan specialist was great! She was straightforward, honest, polite, & had wonderful customer service skills. She answered questions I had, followed through when she said she would, & investigated questions that she did not have answers to directly. Tracy is a great asset to this company.
