Not all loan documents were signed at the closing. Subordination agreement was missed. When I called, there was no note in the system and my loan had already closed and funded. This put me in an awkward position because I was concerned with fraudulent activity.
Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Answered my questions quickly and clearly. The only glitch was the error on the closing amount due at signing but it was resolved with no delays.
Phone number of originator agent missing one digit - communications impossible. Documents would show up and I would leave voice or email and not receive answers for days. Communication was very polite, but case worker seemed over worked and it was difficult to resolve situations that came up. I believe this is an systemic problem, not a problem with case worker assigned to me. She was very polite and helpful when I could make contact with her.
Very easy process
