I had been a Penny Mac loan customer 7 years. I had contacted another company for a refinance. Before accepting with the new company, I called PennyMac because they have always treated me well. My initial contact was with Robert McGaughy. He was excellent. Was able to secure a loan with a similar rate and lower fees. He explained the entire process, and made me feel really great. Turned over to Norma Brambila who continued the greatness. Kept me informed and answered all questions promptly.

Provide a process map of who is involved, what happens 1st, 2d and 3d for the refinancing. By the way, the title company's point of contact was the CEO on paper but an agent, in reality. I did not have the agents name until day after closing and they were not available by phone at closing time (630pm EDT). Closing documents were missing 3day refusal notice, and mis- represented an existing easeway on the property.
