Other than being asked for a document stating who I wanted to act as attorney or title closing company numerous times everything went well considering that we are the midst of a pandemic

The closing agent was a no-show for original closing. The documents were incorrect for the next scheduled closing, but the closing agent was sent anyway. The documents would have been wrong again for the final closing had I not pushed the issue. All finally worked out.
