My refinance has closed but the PennyMac site still shows that my monthly payment amount has not changed. The May 1, 2020 payment will be due soon, so how much will I need to pay? The refinance process was excellent except one form seemed confusing. "Payment Demand Statement" seemed to not have clear explanations as to what I needed to do, yet penalties where mentioned if payment was not timely. So I sent the next monthly payment to avoid penalties and of course this generated another new

All the documents came back accurate, but I missed my closing twice & the communication was not great. I should have quick communication responses with whoever is in charge of my loan days before closing. Overall experience wasn’t great, but it wasn’t the worst. Thank you Penny MAC!
