My issues are specifically with Aida Garcia communication style. When she talked to me she was often condescending and patronizing; she sounded annoyed to have to deal with a customer. I was following all her instructions and I still was treated like I wasn't doing it right. In one instance, she called me to let me know the final closing cost amount and I asked her to send me this information by mail; her reply was disdainful and unpleasant. I had to insist to get it by email.
It was straight forward
Good, constant updates. Very detailed explanations when asked. Prompt replies.
Maybe because my Refinance was done in house so to speak , my mortgage was with Penny Mac, this has by far been the quickest, easiest dealings I have ever experienced. Thank you!
