My mortgage has been with the same company for a long time I have worked with them in the past it is always a very easy process. I feel it’s much more responsible to use the services by this company versus using outsourcing like lending tree or other types of those establishments
From the start every time I called I got a different person then had to explain myself over and over. Also not enough money was sent to close the loan. Leaving my wife,daughter ,2 dogs,and myself homeless for a night with nowhere to go. Nothing was done by penny mac to make up for this huge error.. I will NEVER do business with you again. Any questions call me at 5412823534. I don't have enough time to keep writing how disappointed I am over this process..
Pennymac was absolutely amazing. They were easy to work with and made buying a home fun. I have worked with a few different lenders in the past, needless to say it was a horrible experience. I decided to try pennymac. Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend them to anyone that I know are looking to become homeowners!!!
