I got to keep my same mortgage company, and I will be doing some upgrades.
All the people we actually spoke with were very nice and worked with us to make sure we were all on the same page. There were a couple of hiccups, but Sharon kept in touch with us to help us through.
Sharon and the Pennymac team were great. From the person I forst spoke to, all the way to closing, the Pennymac team had my application wired tight. Sharon was the best. She was professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel as if I were her only customer, though I know better. The overall experience was very satisfying and quik.
